To install:
1) put the blogtheme directory into the /sites/all/modules/ directory.
2) activate the module at /admin/modules 
3) check the new permissions at /admin/user/permissions
4) check the module settings at /admin/settings/blog_theme
5) remember to support the maintainer. See README.txt
