  * Copy config.php.example to config.php in config/ and fill in the blanks
  * Copy htaccess_example to .htaccess
  * Please make sure to get the database connection running
    o If you prefer to create database manually (populate it with contents of engine/lib/database/dippler.sql)
    o Please mare sure to substitute prefix_ for the one chosen
  * Setup cron
    * docs/crontab.example is a good starting point
