IVA SQI implementation

FEATURES

Adds SQI to IVA. Additionally it also allows to import RSS feeds into blog

REQUIREMENTS
------------
feedparser

INSTALLATION
------------
go to modules folder inside IVA
extract or do a svn checkout into directory called sqi
restart zope
log in to IVA. go to page "IVA settings". enable SQI Interface there.
