Here is a tip how to use tags in weblog.

Any posting that is meant to the Group 1 should be tagged with the category group1.

In addition to this category, please use the tags for different posting:

If you write a reflection post using the weekly reflection template use group1reflection and group 1 tags.

Then we can sort out in mashed feed different types of posts for group.

When you write weekly reading posts (i hope you have noticed that there is this task :)), use tag group1reading and group1

Some other tags you will use as a group you can decide by yourself.

One tag we will use a bit later is for learning contracts: group1contract.

Course has started

This week is the first week of the international e-learning course we are running as a joint adventure.

I was thinking today that not only the international collaboration between the students will be interesting. There are very bright facilitators as well and it is a great pleasure to do something together, see the ideas how people can work and what is the international experience of doing courses in web 2.0 environment.

I am expecting to be working closely together with the group of students that are curious about how to integrate different social tools into a hybrid space for courses. Just think about aggregation tools, microblogging, youtube, wiki, casting and blogging as part of the course - it is not only novel, but on my opinion it is also very inviting environment for new type of learning.

Today i was listening an interview of my friend, researcher from Italy. He said that there will be for example the whole new type of locative literature that uses the new social environments. So, new types of learning and new types of enjoying things must come together and we will probably try out some of it during this course.
