How can a conversational personal contract improve self-directed learning?Not much. The benefit of it is that you have to take time to think, to plan in advance and to set your objectives regarding the course. What you want to learn from it, how you will do it and what you will use to accomplish your goals.I have to admit that I’m not good at this.
Unfortunately, sometimes all my planning resumes to the basics so I can improvise then if needed. What drives me is not the contract, but the determination… I don’t say this is the best way, but it just me. Sometimes I’d like to be different.
